Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item received is damaged or defective.
• You receive an incorrect product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the product along with your order number.

The product must be:

• Unstitched and unused
• Unwashed
• In its original packaging
• With all tags and labels intact

Once your request is approved, our support team will guide you through the exchange process.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only offered in the following situations:

• The ordered item is unavailable after payment has been received.
• A damaged or incorrect product cannot be replaced due to stock unavailability.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• Products that have been stitched or altered
• Washed or used items
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Requests made after 3 days of delivery
• Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless received damaged or incorrect)

Color & Design Disclaimer

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting during photography or differences in screen settings. Such variations are not considered product defects.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, our Exchange Policy will apply if the product is eligible.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for exchanges may apply unless the exchange is due to:
